"Making something out of nothing will make you go far, but going too far will make you Baltazar."
Baltazar was born and raised on the shores of Greece. He was always engaging in witty conversations and silly adventures with tourist-birds. As soon as he was old enough, he took off to explore the world. Baltazar enjoys discovering new places with his fellow hoopoes. To his friends he is known as a master of quick wit and is widely considered one of the best comedians among birds. It is believed that his ancestor, Hoopeus, acted in the famous Ancient Greek comedy The Birds by Aristophanes.
Baltazar is a chief entertainer at events organized by Her Royal Highness, Maya the Hoopoe Queen. His distinctive appearance, carried over from his days in Avialae Comedy Hall, makes him easy to spot among the hoopoes and an ideal act for a bait role in hoopoe-actions against foxes or owls. Baltazar loves nature and fights hard against those who damage forests and pollute the environment.
He always finds a way to make a joke, even in dangerous situations. Baltazar makes other hoopoes laugh, but sometimes his jokes can irritate them a bit. In the end, they don’t take it against him, as they know he never means any harm.
My psychiatrist told me I was crazy and I said I want a second opinion. He said okay you're ugly too.
